Vivo has officially launched its Vivo X300 Pro and X300 smartphones globally, two weeks after their debut in China. Both handsets are powered by the 3nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and come with flagship-grade features including high-end AMOLED displays, advanced camera systems, and fast charging. The Vivo X300 series is expected to arrive in India in early December 2025, according to reports.

Vivo X300 Series Price and Availability
The Vivo X300 Pro is priced at EUR 1,399 (around Rs. 1,43,000) for its 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant. The standard Vivo X300 starts at EUR 1,049 (around Rs. 1,08,000) for the 12GB + 256GB configuration, while the 16GB + 512GB model costs EUR 1,099 (around Rs. 1,13,000).

Both smartphones will be available starting November 3 in Europe via Vivo’s official online store. The X300 Pro will come in Dune Brown and Phantom Black, while the X300 will be offered in Halo Pink and Phantom Black.
Vivo X300 Pro Specifications
The Vivo X300 Pro runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and features a 6.78-inch Q10+ LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,260×2,800 pixels. It supports up to 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, HDR, P3 color gamut, and 1.07 billion colors with a 94.85% screen-to-body ratio.
Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, paired with a Mali G1-Ultra GPU, up to 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM, and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. It also features Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip for enhanced photography and video performance.

The X300 Pro sports a triple rear camera setup:
- 50MP primary camera (f/1.57)
- 50MP ultrawide camera (f/2.0)
- 200MP periscope telephoto lens (f/2.67) with up to 100x digital zoom
On the front, it features a 50MP selfie camera housed in a hole-punch cutout. The rear camera supports up to 8K video recording.
Battery and Connectivity
The Pro variant packs a 5,440mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port. It also supports dual speakers, an x-axis linear motor, an Action Button, and a signal amplifier chip. The phone is IP68-rated for dust and water resistance.

Vivo X300 Specifications
The Vivo X300 shares most specifications with the Pro model, including the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, OriginOS 6, and connectivity features. However, it features a smaller 6.31-inch Q10+ LTPO AMOLED display with a 1,216×2,640 pixel resolution, maintaining the same refresh rate and HDR capabilities.
Camera
The X300 also sports a triple rear camera system, but with a different configuration:
- 200MP main sensor with OIS
- 50MP ultrawide camera
- 50MP periscope lens
It uses the same 50MP front camera as the Pro variant.
Battery and Build
The standard model is powered by a 5,360mAh battery and supports the same 90W wired fast charging. It is slightly more compact and lightweight.
