The device also tracks your heart rhythm while you are still or sleeping and sends alerts if it detects signs of atrial fibrillation, also known as AFib. Sleep tracking covers sleep stages and duration. Workout detection is automatic. The tracker detects when you start exercising and logs it on its own.
